We have extensive experience of how to avoid disputes. If they are truly unavoidable we know how to resolve them in a cost-effective way and as quickly as possible.  That does not always mean going to court -- there are often other ways disputes can be sorted out.

But whatever option you choose, we will always fight your corner tenaciously and do everything to try to achieve success within a defined budget and timescale.

Cases we have successfully handled range from partnership disputes to a multi-million pound claim against a company's auditors involving a 6 week High Court trial.

Company and commercial covers the formation of businesses (whether companies or partnerships),the buying and selling of businesses, the restructuring of businesses and the legal aspects of how businesses operate.

It also covers all the legal agreements necessary to operate in today's commercial world, such as supply contracts, joint-venture agreements, and trading terms & conditions to name but some.

Our involvement has ranged from the drafting of commercial supply agreements to dealing with all aspects of the departure of a director and major shareholder from a multi-million pound food business.

We also provide a complete property service, which covers the buying and selling of land and buildings, and leases.

Property transactions are of importance to any business, and often involve substantial sums of money. Commercial transactions are frequently complex, and stressful for clients. We remove as much of the burden as possible from clients (so they are left free to run their business) and provide full support throughout.

Transactions we have with dealt with range from advising on and drafting commercial leases through to the acquisition of major industrial premises.
